You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the platform. By creating an account or using the platform you confirm that you are, and that you can form a binding contract. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
Keep your password private — you're responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, reset your password from the log-in page and contact us. One person per account; don't share, sell, or transfer it.
The platform lets you discover creators near your approximate area, watch their live streams and videos, chat, and support them with tips and memberships. Streams are made by independent creators, not by us; schedules, availability, and content can change at any time. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the platform evolves.
This is a safe-for-work platform, and that applies to viewers as much as creators. In chat and anywhere on the platform, you must not:
Moderators may remove messages, time you out, or ban you to keep rooms safe, at their discretion.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your full card details. Tips are one-time payments to support a creator. Memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period until you cancel — you can cancel any time via "Manage membership," which opens Stripe's billing portal, and you keep your benefits until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change prospectively with notice.
Tips are gratuities. They don't buy attention, replies, relationships, or any specific behavior from a creator, and they don't create any obligation beyond our delivering the platform's features.
Tips and membership charges are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine a charge was fraudulent or mistaken. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before disputing with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster.
Creators own their content; the platform and its design, name, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view content through the platform. You must not record, download, screenshot for redistribution, rebroadcast, scrape, or republish streams, videos, or profiles without permission. Anything you post in chat you license us to display and moderate as part of operating the service.
You can stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk for users or the platform, or engage in fraud or abuse — immediately for serious violations. Sections that by their nature should survive (including payments owed, content licences for operation, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, that any creator will stream at any time, or the accuracy of approximate locations and distances, which are estimates by design.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim, or US $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new date and, where appropriate, notice. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept them. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Questions:
